1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Copper Stem
Water Enhancer for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or
exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original
packaging with all accessories included.
2. Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept
returns initiated after this period. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery to
ensure everything is in satisfactory condition.
3. Condition Requirements
For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The copper stem must be in its original, unopened packaging
- Product must show no signs of use, wear, or damage
- All tags, labels, and protective covers must be intact
- The cleaning cloth and usage guide must be returned with the product
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided

5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation
once the refund has been processed. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it
may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Return Shipping
For standard returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. For
replacements or exchanges, shipping is also free. International customers are responsible for return
shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us
safely.
7. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. For
size, color, or quantity exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are
subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a full refund
or suggest an alternative.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

- Items with broken seals or opened packaging
